Our annual mold making capacity is about 2500 sets of plastic, rubber, stamping and die-casting molds (50kg to 25T) with a maximum accuracy of 0.003mm. We've supplied molds to countries such as U.S.A., Canada, Japan, South Korea, Israel and Turkey. Our factories have obtained quality certificates of ISO9001, ISO9002, QS9000 and VDA6.1.

We are equipped with advanced CAD/CAM/CAE softwares of Moldflow, Pro-E, UG-II and Solidworks and tooling equipments of CNC machining centers, EDM, wire EDM, milling machines, grinders, drill machines, boring machines, 180 degree reversible testing moulders, 3D coordinate-measuring-machines, and injection molding machines.

When a purchase order is accepted, 2D/3D mold layouts are usually completed in 3 to 7 days. After the mold designs are approved by the customer, equipments are selected to build the molds, followed by inspection, assembling, mold trial/adjustment, and finishing.
