Our factories have strong research and development
capability. Our design centers are equipped with quality
hardware systems supplied by IBM and HP and running software
packages of UG-II, Pro-E, Catia, Solidedge, Moldflow and
AutoCAD. Lab testing instruments include 3D-CMM, Universal Tool
Microscope, Optical 3D Measuring, Cold and Hot Impact Testing,
FR Reliability Testing, Tensile Testing, Noise Testing and Salt
Spray Testing.
The key to produce quality
parts while cutting manufacturing cost relies on the design
of the mold. A well-designed mold will simplify the molding
process, reduce cycle times and minimize runner size and weight.
Also the use of flow analysis tools during the design of a
mold will help our design engineers to experiment with different
design possibilities by comparing the proper gate location
and size, actual filling of the part, proper cooling plans,
cycle time and potential part defects (e.g., flash, shorts,
warp).
