We have capabilities in both plastic and metal injection molding.
When you place order with us, our experience, technology, quality
control and supporting service will assure that your products are
made to your requirements.
To better achieve molding by "speed and position", our factories
well maintain injection machines and from time to time train the
molding team to really understand the molding process. This
combination of molding skills and equipment is the key to provide
our customers greatly improved part quality and repeatability.
In plastic injection molding (PIM), we're able to provide
high-class quality plastic parts (3g to 10kg). We're quipped with
over 400 various plastic injection molding machines between 50T
and 2800T. To insure the quality control, we have inspection and
measuring workshop equipped with various precision inspection
systems. Over the years, we have dealt with many engineering-grade
and food-grade plastic materials. These materials include PP, PE,
PS, PA, ABS, PVC, PC, PVDF, PEI, PES, acetal, acrylic and
elastomers, some with glass filled, from resin suppliers such as
Chimei, GE, DuPont, Bayer and etc.
In metal injection molding (MIM), we have eight injection molding
machines and six sintering lines and can make parts from 0.1 to
200g with complicated geometric shapes. The MIM parts can hold
tolerance to +/- 0.1 to 0.5%, surface smooth finish to Ra 1.6, and
relative density of 95% to 99%. The MIM materials include
iron-based alloy (2200, 2700, 4605), stainless steel (316L,
17-4PH, 430L), Tungsten alloy (95% and 97% W-Ni-Fe) and carbide
alloy (YG8X).
We also have strong capability in secondary operation such as
powder coating, water rotating printing, pad printing, silkscreen,
hot stamping, plating, chem film, anodizing, polishing/brushing,
and welding (regular and ultrasonic) for plastic and/or metal
parts.
We server customers in consumer electronics, automotive and
medical device industries.
