How a project runs
- NDASign an NDA with PRIM before you share drawings.
- QuoteSend drawings, material, volumes and timing. Engineers at Hengtai review the design and we send a quote.
- ToolingHengtai engineers the mold with DFM review and Moldflow simulation, and manages the build with qualified, NDA-signed toolmakers.
- Samples and approvalFirst samples, measurement reports and PPAP at the level you require.
- ProductionMolding, machining and assembly at Hengtai, with traceability from resin lot to packaging.
- Delivery and supportExport packing and shipping, with PRIM as your contact for changes, issues and orders.
Protecting your drawings
NDAs are signed with PRIM Technology, INC., a U.S. company in the same family as the factory. Drawings and data are shared only with the people working on your project. For sensitive files, send a password-protected archive and give us the password by phone or a separate message.
Support in your time zone
PRIM has supported North American customers since 2004. Our bilingual team in California and China answers questions during your working day and can meet you in person, in the U.S. or at the factory.
